Each new connection package single port router. If you migrate from another ADSL service provider or if you are renewing an existing SWBB ADSL package you are assumed to have your own equipment, although we can supply managed equipment for any account if required.

The minimum equipment option for Home Broadband is a USB modem.

For new connections - If you wish to upgrade your equipment we can supply a 4 port router for an additional £30 at time or order (£59 after sale) or a 4 port wireless router for an additional £59.00 at time of order (£89 after the sale). Prices not liable to VAT as we are not registered for VAT.

Our service includes supply of the equipment pre-configured so you can plug it in and connect without having to get involved with unfamiliar hardware.

All equipment supplied comes with a microfilter.  If you need extra microfilters to protect your phones, faxes, Sky boxes, burglar alarms etc from the ADSL broadband signal these are available for £8.50 each. SWBB can also fit a centralised filter to your phone wiring and rectify any wiring problems on-site for a fixed charge of £50.
