All packages are MaxDSL "up to 8M" downstream speed, Home & Business up to 448k upstream speed, Premium up to 832k upstream. We email you when approaching and when you approach your limit all packages except the unlimited.  Fair Usage policy applies to Max packages and extra data charged for other accounts at £1.50 per GB.

As with all ADSL services, at very busy times the downstream throughput may fluctuate. Performance of the Internet and 3rd party servers cannot be guaranteed and may also limit throughput below the indicated modem speed.

Home packages are only available on BT Residential lines and are not for Business use. We may ask to see your phone bill to confirm status.

* Premium 60 package is: 60GB downloads (30GB 9am-midnight, 30GB midnight-9am) with unlimited uploads
