You will initiate a secure connection with one of our support engineers, enabling them to either view or take control of your system. You will be asked to accept a disclaimer enter your identification details and proceed to wait for a technician to join them.
When you connect to the Simplehelp desk your browser will automatically download a small (0.8MB) Java applet and run it.
You will retain full control of your system throughout the session. If at any time during this session you wish to terminate the remote connection, you may terminate the session and our engineer will no longer be able to view or access your system.
Of course, hardware problems cannot be fixed remotely, but technicians are also available for on-site repairs.
